Thank you for your interest in participating in the Manhattan Vintage Show. We are honored to receive hundreds of applications from dealers across the country and around the world and we aim to be transparent about the dealer selection process.
CONSCIOUS CURATION:
We feature 25-30% new dealers at each show, rotating dealers to keep the show fresh and diverse.
We strive to showcase the widest range of vintage styles. We include collections representing every era, price point, taste, and perspective.
Dealers can share a space, upon approval. Both dealers should apply separately, and please note in your application that you are interested in sharing.
DEALER SELECTION CRITERIA:
Cohesive curation and a collection that features a strong point of view.
Active, thoughtful social media presence.
Sense of merchandising acumen and a thoughtful approach to visual merchandising.
Commitment to show promotion.
Reputation for professionalism.
TIMELINE:
Each summer, we send our interest form for the upcoming show season to new and returning dealers.
We continue to review applications on a rolling basis throughout the year, and we hold spaces for new dealers at every show.
We add every applicant to our list of future show notices—including dates and deadlines—and community announcements.

If you have a special collection or items that you intend to debut at a show that are not reflected in your social media feed/s or on your website, we STRONGLY encourage you to follow-up with an email to events@manhattanvintage.com with images and a more detailed description.
